Rysia’s journey into the world of holistic wellness began over four decades ago. With roots in Poland, she was raised amidst a culture rich in natural remedies, learning the art of enemas, herbs, and “baiynkes” (cuppings) from her mother and other wise women in her community. For years, Rysia has honed her practice, perfecting techniques that stem from historical practices around the world.
